For Black Women, This lack of Vitamin D has been linked to

Black women need more vitamin D because their skin produces less of it in response to sunlight than other groups. This is because the melanin pigment in darker skin absorbs more UV radiation.

Additionally, most of us are less likely to get enough access to sunlight due to workplace environments & lifestyle choices.

I added vitamin D3 to my daily supplements routine, and it has been one of the best things that I could have done for my health. I was not getting enough vitamin D with my diet alone. This has been a very important addition to my daily routine, as I feel much better, with my mood and energy having improved for the better.

This right here!!! I initially tried a 30-day supply, I loved it! So I moved forward with the monthly subscription but I ran out of the monthly before I received the subscription…BIG mistake! I was sluggish and dragging for a whole week and coffee couldn’t help. Once the subscription arrived, I was BACK! Never again will I have a gap in my D3 and my labs reflect the greatness that this D3 is! Grateful!!

No matter what supplement I added, I was deficient in vitamin D. Even taking the larger doses of 50,000 UI weekly; I remained below the recommended levels. Low Vitamin D levels came with constant tiredness, depression and thinning hair. After the second round of 50 UI of vitamin D, I supplemented Black Girl vitamin D gummies, and all my symptoms turned around. The proof is in my labs. I attached a pic of my vitamin D labs, one before the black girl gummies, vitamin D deficit. The second pic shows the vitamin D level post gummies.

Love these vitamins and collagen powder. I feel so much better. I get up every morning, taking my vitamins and putting the collagen in my tea to start my day. It gives so much energy for my workouts and also throughout the day. I feel so brand new. I will definitely be repurchasing soon.

        Got Questions?

Why do we need more vitamin D?

Black women need more vitamin D because their skin produces less of it in response to sunlight than other groups. This is because the melanin pigment in darker skin absorbs more UV radiation.

Additionally, black women may be more likely to live in areas with limited access to sunlight, such as in urban environments or in areas with long, cold winters.

Dietary intake of vitamin D is another factor that contributes to vitamin D deficiency in black women. Few foods naturally contain vitamin D, and those that do, such as fatty fish and fortified dairy products, may not be commonly consumed in black communities. This can lead to inadequate dietary vitamin D intake, further exacerbating the risk of deficiency.

Thankfully, with the help of these gummies, you get the same vitamin D that our bodies produce from sunlight (D3). You get the daily recommended 2000IU without being under the sun for 5-6 hours a day.

Unlike Over-the-counter vitamin D, these have more nutrients per serving, and better absorption and digestion. Because they taste great, you’re more likely to be consistent.

Our vitamins are free of artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, synthetic colors, dairy, and high fructose corn syrup.

How long will it take to see results?

Remember the long term benefits of having sufficient vitamin D levels (getting out of the 82%) far outweigh the short term efforts you might feel.

At our recommended dosage of 2 gummies of each per day after a meal, you should start seeing results after a few weeks, including improved, skin, energy and better mental clarity.

However for best results consistency is key, that's why we recommend you stock up for at least 3 months.

        How long does shipping take?
